Poll: Holiday Dieting Pitfalls

If you try to lose weight or just trying to maintain a healthy diet, holidays can be difficult for the best of us.

In fact, diet food and fitness related websites see a significant decrease in traffic, this time of year as some people to adopt a philosophy "out of sight, the spirit" with regard to food and exercise.

My biggest challenge now is my holiday as travel fitness routine and social events render times difficult gymnasium. Maybe flying a month not so bad as long as I can get back on the wagon for the first year.
